| Day 01: Kathmandu – Dzangmu. Overnight at Nyalam Guest house Day 02: Nyalam to Old Dingri. Camping Day 03: Beginning of trekking from Old Dingri to Lungjang through two villages. (4-5 hrs). Camping Day 04: Lungjang to the foot of Pangla (3-5 hrs). Camping Day 05: From the foot of Pangla to Zachu river via Pangla at the elevation of 5000m. (5-6hrs). Camping Day 06: Zachu to Rongbuk monastery (4-5hrs). Camping. Day 07: Rongbuk monastery to Everest Base camp and back to Rongbuk monastery (4hrs). Camping Day 08: Drive to Shigatse.
